Using the Physical Function Performance – 10 Test (Cress 2005) as an anchor for ADL, we are attempting to determine the better predictor of ADL performance, aerobic or muscular fitness in COPD patients using objective and subjective methods. The second project will investigate the effect of strengthening the core muscles on balance in COPD patients. | Resistance Training, Athletic Injuries, Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, Health Education, Exercise Training, CSCS, CEP, Sportsmedicine, Athletic Training, Athletic Therapy, COPD rehabilitation, Adult Education, Basic Life Support, CPR, ISW, NSCA, CSEP
